2017 Jamboree chair appointed; visits Summit Reserve

NJCOS chair Bruce Chudacoff and 2017 Jewish Jamboree chair Bruce Streger inspect facilities at the Summit Bechtel Reseve in West Virginia.

It is not too soon to start thinking about the 2017 Jamboree, says National Jewish Committee on Scouting chairman Bruce Chudacoff. Newly appointed Jamboree chairman Bruce Streger inspected the Summit Bechtel Reserve on August 15.

Streger is already heavily involved in recruiting committee members to plan Jewish activities for the next Jamboree. The two met with Summit staff personnel and inspected facilities to determine how best to meet the needs of Jewish Scouts and how to create an exciting and educational program for all Jamboree participants.
