June 21-27, 2009
An exciting seminar titled "Scouting Serves the Jewish Community" will be held at the Philmont Training Center, Cimarron, NM in 2009.

Among the subjects covered are: Starting and Strengthening a Council's Jewish Committee; Organizing a Jewish Troop, Pack or Post; Planning a Program; Organizing and Running a Jewish Kinnus; Promoting the Jewish Scouting Awards Programs, Serving Jewish Scouts in Non-Jewish Units; Getting your Local Religious Organization Involved in Scouting; Recruiting Leaders and Developing a Troop: and Scouting in Orthodox, Conservative and Reform Units.
