WARREN "DOC" M. HYMAN |
Warren "Doc" M. Hyman passed away October 27, 2007.
He was the Father of Rabbi Peter E. Hyman, National Chaplain and Past Chair of the National Jewish Committee on Scouting, and a Grandfather of two Eagle Scouts. For a great portion of his life he was active in the Boy Scouts of America serving as a Scoutmaster for a blind troop, a Council Commissioner as well as holding other volunteer leadership positions in the council. He was a watchmaker, past president of the Connecticut chapter of the American Gemological Society, and most dear to him he was a Mason and a past Master of the former Level Lodge No. #137.
