There are several hotels located within walking distance of the NERJCOS Conference on Penn's campus.  The Penn Hillel is also within several blocks of the hotels and the conference location at Houston Hall.

One of the least expensive hotels in the University City/Center City area is located in the Historic Area adjacent to Independence Hall, the Constitution Center, and the Liberty Bell.  Mikveh Israel (Sephardic) is less than two blocks from the Holiday Inn.  Kosher meals are also available at Mikveh Israel during Shabbat.  Several Reform, Conservative, and Orthodox synagogues are also close by.

Philadelphia offers a wide range of upscale hotels on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway (Museum Area) and throughout Center City with access to all of the major Museum and Historic attractions.  Hotels include the Four Seasons, Marriott, Loews, Doubletree, etc.
