IN MEMORIAM
Richard Evans, the Utah State JCOS Coordinator and an Assistant Council Commissioner for the Crossroads of the West Council, passed away Saturday morning June 13th, 2026 from multiple medical issues. Rich recently was awarded the Shofar Award for recognition of outstanding service on behalf of Jewish youth in the program of the Boy Scouts of America.
